The shower was fantastic, but the

lack of breakfast options was disappointing. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall. I really enjoyed the amenities, such as the pool area, but the lack of on-site dining was a letdown.

Request a room away from the heating/AC vents to avoid noise disturbances during your stay.

We had a lovely experience at this hotel! The mobile app check-in was incredibly convenient, allowing us to get straight to our room after a long day of travel. Finding a Dunkin' next door for early morning coffee was a fantastic bonus.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be improved for families with children.

The cozy cafe down the street was a gem, serving amazing homemade breakfast sandwiches. Plus, the King Room was spacious and the bed was a total dream. Also, the bathroom had a large shower, which is great for a refreshing wake-up.

What I didn't like was at 10:30 PM there was constant banging of doors. It turned out a man was cleaning rooms with a child and a poodle in tow, which felt super odd for so late. The front desk said they'd handle it, but still, cleaning at that hour? Weird vibes.

Convenient access to major highways.

During my stay, the heating system was very loud, constantly waking me up at night. On my second night, there was a leak from the shower that made an irritating dripping noise.

Housekeeping was a highlight, with friendly staff who went the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The King Room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the outdated furniture in the room detracted from the overall appeal. The lack of USB ports made charging devices inconvenient. Also, there were cleanliness issues in common areas, which was disappointing for a Marriott brand.

We visited a local brewery and checked out a nearby park. The fitness center is a nice perk, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I'd suggest bringing snacks since there’s no free breakfast. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a fun group getaway.

One downside was the noise from the highway. it was quite noticeable, especially at night.

Courtyard By Marriott Albany Thruway is beautifully renovated and clean, making it a comfortable place for seniors. I appreciated the easy access to common areas and thoughtful layout which allowed for smooth navigation throughout the hotel.

Breakfast options could be fresher and more varied.

Good place with its free internet access, fitness center, and indoor pool. The staff returned my forgotten hairbrush, showing great care. I highly recommend it for a refreshing stay. I'm coming back for a business trip!
